Bring Our Friend Home

On the 26th of July we (9 people in total) set off for a 10 day holiday in Portugal. At the start Kendall was the life and soul (as usual) but as the holiday went on Kendall started to feel unwell. 
By the time our trip was over Kendall was struggling to catch her breath but it was at the airport 40mins before our flight was leaving we all realised just how poorly Kendall was. 
An ambulance was called to the airport and Kendall was rushed to a local hospital after various tests it was confirmed that Kendall had more than one pulmonary embolism (Clots on her lungs). At this point Kendall was in a critical state and the doctors said it was going to be a rocky few days. There has been damage to her heart and lungs some of which may be unrepairable. 
As I write this Kendall is still in hospital, she is likely to be in Portugal for some time. 
Today it has been confirmed that she will not be able to fly back to the uk and will need to be driven. 
We are keen to raise as much money as we can so we can bring our girl home as quickly and as safely as possible. we know Kendall has a long recovery journey ahead and may not be able to work for sometime. Any funds we can raise will go towards taking care of Kendall.
