Okay people this is a big fundraising effort, but I know we can do it. If you can fundraise it i will build it and i'm sure the other amazing designers here will help me.

I have obtained quotes for fixed wing lidar at 3 cm accuracy along with extremely high-res imagery of Old Head Golf Course in Co Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland. Lidar is around 8K USD and I have also allowed 2K USD for incidentals and some high-quality modelling of some of the assets by some 3D artists. I'll provide my time for free as usual.
