I've created this fundraiser to help provide urgent relief to Lauren, her husband Justin and their 3 children. They are pouring their hearts, minds and the family's resources into what they believe is right for lauren's son. In light of alarming recent discoveries, we have strong conviction that his safety is in jeopardy. While I cannot publicly disclose any details regarding the situation we are all praying to liberate Lauren's son from, I can tell you that Lauren is terrified to let him return to it. I humbly ask for your prayer, grace, intention and contribution to aid her in the effort to Bring Her Son Home, to his family who love him and would do anything for him.

Lauren is a rare and vibrant soul. She is a mother to three amazing young children, a wife, a sister, a friend, a healer, a community builder, and a caretaker. She manages to be all of these things fully while also running a business focused on building community and moonlights in spiritual healing practices. She has touched the lives of many, and provided love and shelter to me and others in our darkest hours. We grew up together and I have always been close with her and her siblings who lost both of their parents at a young age. She and her husband Justin are two of my closest and oldest friends, more like family as I now consider them. I have also had the privilege of growing close to their children. No matter what life has thrown at Lauren, she has never stopped giving, she is relentless in the pursuit of helping others. That's why I am calling out to you to help her now. When her son came into this world some years ago, he brought so much joy to everyone around him. He was born a gentle, polite, and brilliant boy. They say the temperament you are born with remains consistent throughout your life. The fact that I have witnessed these qualities eroded in him slowly over the years tells me something intuitively that has me deeply concerned. Laurens oldest is adored and looked up to by his half brother Q who is 6 and his step sister K who is his age. He is loved unconditionally and encouraged by his step father Justin, Lauren's endearing husband. Justin is a creative, a musician, an artist, an intellectual and an accomplished public health and safety official. When Lauren's oldest is immersed in her family for long enough, his entire demeanor changes. The gentle, charismatic, inquisitive spirit that he IS comes alive again. The best of him shines through in this loving and complete home. His mother and step father are digging deep, as deep as it gets to ensure the boy's safety and make theirs' his permanent, full-time home. Please help them to recover from this deep challenge and continue to do what they believe is best, Bring Lauren's Son Home, to his family who adore him. Where he can reclaim his self-confidence and mature into the man he was born to be. I believe Lauren and Justin are going to prevail and need all the support they can get right now. 100% of donations go to Lauren and Justin to aid in paying for immense necessary fees, lost time, transportation and at-risk household expenses.
