We’re a team of 9 students at sixth-forms in North London who have started Biodiversify: a fundraising project that helps schools bring nature and biodiversity into the classroom.

We're setting ourselves goals for the weekend of 13th, cycling 100km, and running 10ks, half-marathons and marathons.

With your support, we’re making this happen in two places:

In the UK, we are partnering with the charity School Food Matters to sponsor gardening and biodiversity sessions in schools. These sessions give pupils hands-on experience growing plants, supporting pollinators, and learning how to care for the environment.

In Pakistan, we are supporting a school with funding dedicated to biodiversity. The teachers there will decide what resources are most useful, which might include planters, seeds, bird feeders, or bug hotels, to make nature part of daily school life.

Why this matters: biodiversity is increasingly under threat across the world, and many children are growing up disconnected from nature. By giving pupils the chance to experience nature first-hand at school, we hope to spark curiosity and build a stronger connection to the environment from an early age.

Thank you so much for supporting this project. On the weekend each and every contribution, big or small, helps bring nature into the hands of the next generation.
