Help “Momma Can Cook” Save Her Food Truck and Get Back to Cooking!!
In the food industry, prepping for events can be very long and exhausting days. At the end of one of those days while prepping for a Blues and Jazz Festival, Momma stepped down from the food truck and the step stool flipped over. Down she went and shattered her wrist.
Momma started out with a seven-foot push-cart. Within a year, with true grit and determination, a twenty-six-foot food truck was fabricated. There were so many highlights along the way, including being featured several times in a local magazine, as well as the
Columbus dispatch. What truly mattered was being able to share her delicious creativity and to interact with her lovely guests.
Momma’s focus was to get through the surgeries and physical therapy with the best possible outcome. This proved to not only be more difficult that she imagined, but much longer
Momma’s Food Truck means so much to her! Her zeal is to serve and share a little bit of happiness in every bite. her hard work through delicious food!
