Hello community, Miguel Tlatenchi is one of the most hardworking people who migrated from mexico in early 89’ and has since built a life of his own here in the U.S. over the past 37 years. Unfortunately, while working, he was apprehended by the I.C.E Gestapo (agent named P. Sipunu) while working his Transport job passing through in Oklahoma. Unfortunately, we are located in California and due to today’s tight economy where bills are really high and the government shutdown all while the holidays are arriving and politicians are trying to distract everyone left and right we are asking for help from our community, Pacoima. The San Fernando Valley. ANYBODY. any contributions to help our family get help from an attorney ALL THE WAYYY in Oklahoma. We are trying to provide all his proper documentation (Taxes, Work Permit, birth certificates of his children, marriage license, etc) but we need him to come back to California or for us to go out there.

He is currently being held at the David L Moss Criminal Justice Center center, he’s not a criminal, he is documented on the ‘locator.ice.gov’ website but the phone numbers that the CJC gave us to call for updates is either disconnected/no longer in service and they keep telling us “his name is not in the system” or that “he’s still being processed” we fear they are trying not to keep records of him and move him around to another state. Fortunately, he was able to call his family and update them providing his Alien Number in case he were to ’disappear’. We are looking for a good lawyer that can help bring him back to California.
