Bring Mickie and Her Husband Safely Home

I'm taking a collection to salvage what's left of our Golden Years journey, which ended at our first stop in California. The Santa Ana winds brought down a 13 ft branch, 4 ft wide, upon our 5th wheel and truck, both of which we paid cash for from our 401K and packed all we own to head home from ND to PA. Enjoying the USA along the way... well, God has different plans. Everything we owned was in that 5th wheel, and the campground did not even assist us to pack or anything.

They gave us a cabin on the grounds for 1 week, made my husband sign a liability policy, and gave him $1500. REALLY... we have a budget, we're retired now, and I was a stay-at-home mom, so I get zilch, $250/mo with $180 going to Medicare.

My collection is to provide security for the ride. We bought a used car, a 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante, but in New Mexico now and already buying an alternator. This is not allowed on our budget.

I hate to request funds from friends, but I'm in a spot where we need good people to help us home where my son is waiting with a house he bought for us even though he says he didn't but yet he dont live in it

He said we get there, pay utilities, and he'll take care of the mortgage. Just someplace for us to retire in and be near him. He loves us so much and we've been gone since we 2015...

I want to come home so dig out a $5 bill and donate please...I'm 63 and terrified this car is gonna break down again we just had to stop on birder of NM to replace the alternator....cash I can't spare....I love my friends and would do anything I could for you being an only child I treat you all like my siblings...
