Estamos profundamente agradecidos por todo el amor y apoyo que han mostrado a la familia Rodríguez-Sabillón durante esta difícil situación. A través de cada obstáculo y giro inesperado, hemos visto la mano de Dios obrando, y al enfrentar este nuevo desafío, confiamos en que Su poder seguirá sosteniendo a esta familia.

Después de más de 4 largos meses bajo custodia de ICE, a Guillermo “Memo” Sabillón finalmente se le ha concedido la libertad bajo fianza. Aunque estamos muy agradecidos por esta oración contestada, la batalla aún no ha terminado. Debido a retrasos en la corte, errores en el sistema y otros contratiempos, Memo es el último miembro de su familia que sigue detenido. Pero ahora, gracias a la misericordia de Dios, tenemos la oportunidad de reunirlo con los suyos.

El juez ha impuesto una fianza extraordinariamente alta y casi sin precedentes: $40,000. Cuando lanzamos la primera campaña de GoFundMe, su generosidad nos ayudó a recaudar más de $30,000, una cantidad que pensábamos sería suficiente para cubrir todos los gastos legales de la familia, considerando que la fianza promedio suele ser de $6,000. La mayor parte de ese dinero ya se utilizó para sacar a su mamá y hermanos de la detención.

We are deeply thankful for the outpouring of love and support you have shown the Rodriguez-Sabillion family through their current ordeal. Through every twist and turn, we have seen God’s hand working during this entire process and as we come face to face with a new challenge we know we will see His power continue to sustain this family.

After more than 4 long months in ICE custody, Guillermo “Memo” Sabillon was finally granted bail. While we are so grateful for this answered prayer, the battle isn’t over yet. Due to court delays, system errors, and other setbacks, Memo is the last of his family still in ICE custody. But now, by the grace of God, we have the opportunity to get him back to his family.

The judge has set an extraordinarily high and almost unprecedented bail amount: $40,000. When we first launched the GoFundMe for the family, your generosity helped us raise over $30,000 which is an amount we thought would be enough to cover the family’s entire legal fees given that the average bail amount is $6,000. Most of that amount has already gone to getting his siblings and mother out of custody.

Now we find ourselves reaching on behalf of the Rodriguez-Sabillon family once more. Help us bring Memo home to his family. He has been far away from his family and those who love him for far too long. This is our opportunity to give this wonderfully strong family a little reprieve.
