My name is Kate, and I have spent the past ten years lovingly researching a forgotten woman who helped create Seattle: Madam Lou Graham.

She's a person whose history has been erased due to her trade. The things you will read about her in books or on the internet are almost always wrong. And it's a shame, because her true history is even more bizarre and wonderful than anything anyone could make up!

So, I put together a humorous slide show about Lou Graham and Seattle called Madam-e Lou. It had two sold-out workshops in Seattle!

And now, I am getting ready to bring it to the Edinburgh Fringe, the largest theatre festival in the world.

But, not going to lie, creating a show and then taking it across the pond as a solo artist is expensive. Help bring the history and mystery of Seattle's most notorious founder to an international audience!
