What's the film about?

When they get an employment opportunity from an alumni in the music industry, a dysfunctional house of college students must throw a house show in a single day in order to secure their job.

The Yard captures the scrappy, off-the-cuff, and alternative music scene of Los Angeles's college campuses through a story rooted in friendship, heart, and hilarity. The film's mockumentary format allows for as much authenticity as it has comedy.

What makes the film so special?

Utilizing the mockumentary format, the film will be a partially improvised comedy and feature the entire cast of LSB improv.

What is my money going towards?

Donations to this project will help pay for props, equipment, licensings, submission costs, and food for our cast and crew. This project is not for profit. All of your donations go directly towards the production and post-production process!
