Hopeless - The times when you don't see a way out of a situation. Anne and her family are in urgent need of financial support. Of all the hardships they have struggled with over the years, this time, there is no way out without help. Anne and Chad have not had an easy lives. Anne has a disability that prevents her from working. Chad has worked hard to keep a job to support the family, however, living in rural Vermont and then New Hampshire - his opportunities are limited.
