Dear loved ones,
I am taking a huge vulnerable risk here and I am so ashamed to admit all of this. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, anorexia, c-ptsd, insomnia, and fibromyalgia.
25% of people with bipolar disorder successfully commit suicide, and have a shorter lifespan of 10 years than the general population.
In addition, my mother (single parent) died almost 2 years ago...
I have tried everything--therapy, psychiatrist appts, groups, ECT, TMS, ketamine, hospitalizations, partial hospitalization programs or intensive outpatient programs, and basically all psych meds. I am what they call "treatment resistant".
Anyhow, my medical bills and needs are quite high but I have been resistant to paying for things I need like a cleaning service, meal service, fixing my car, seeing a dentist, optical stuff...
Anyway, please don't judge me or gossip. I would love some support..I know everyone has their own lives or might live far away.
TLDR; please help? I promise that I will try to pay it forward to you too whenever you need something---anything if I can.
