Hello, we are the Bien-Aime family.  My name is Medna and Terrey Bien-AIme we are two of Marra. Kenley Bien-Aime sisters. Kenley is what he mostly goes by is currently in jail due to the fact that he is in a domestic violence relationship. Well I should say he was in one… Deaja Cogswell had my brother arrested November 9th, 2020. We personally do not know Deaja, but based on what we seen and heard from my brother Kenley, she is toxic and very abusive. She refuses to leave Kenley alone. Very often, she would show up to his job, to our home, and approaches him on the street all while she put a restraining order against him. Although, she has a protective order against him, she still continue to stalk and try to see him. Deaja is brutal, aggressive and has no respect for our family. We have video proof and pictures of Deaja hitting, punching my brother trying to get him to react. Anyone who knows, or met my brother knows Kenley is not a violent guy at all. Kenley was raised right, right along with five other sisters.  My brother Kenley is a very smart, kind, artistic, warm-hearted individual. Kenley has six sisters and always treated us with love, respect and always try his best to protect us. Which is why it is hard to believe that Kenley treated Deaja so bad for her to have this kind of behavior. We have seen how Kenley treated Deaja by taking care and spoiling her with anything she need/wanted. Ever since Kenley broke up with Deaja, she has been trying to set Kenley up and ruin his life. Kenley has a bright future ahead of himself.  Kenley had just got promoted as a General Manager at LA Fitness at 22 years. On his off days he devotes his time to creating music, doing art work, and doing photography. Anyone can tell you what a great friend, son, and brother Kenley is. We are trying to bail him of jail and pay for a lawyer so we can fight this case. His current charges are violation of protective order, disorderly conduct, and 2nd degree strangulation (which is false, Kenley never laid his hand on her but that’s what she told the officer) with a $75,000 bond. Kenley is trying to move on with his life but this girl just won’t let him. This is why we are asking for your donations to help us fight this case to help Kenely get out and hopefully move forward with his life before it is to late.
