Help Bring Keith Home to His Family

This is my cousin Keith—a loving husband, father, brother, and proud grandfather. Anyone who knows Keith knows his heart. He’s spent his life showing up for others, always with kindness and quiet strength.

Recently, Keith traveled to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona seeking medical care, hoping for healing and answers. After extensive evaluation, our family has received devastating news: Keith’s condition has progressed, and doctors have recommended that he be medically flown home to Elkton, Kentucky, to spend his remaining time surrounded by the people he loves most.

While insurance is covering a portion of the medical flight, a significant amount is still left for the family to pay out-of-pocket. In addition to Keith’s transport, his immediate family is also in Arizona and needs help covering the cost of returning home to Kentucky to be by his side.
