Help bring Juan home!!! On October 16, 2025, as Juan headed to work, he was ambushed by ICE agents as he turned off our street. Juan is a loved father, husband and his friends and coworkers all cherish their friendship with him. He has full custody of his children. We need him home!!! I, as their step mother have guardianship of them, and am protecting them as much as legally possible, there is an “Immediate Danger Order on the mother for child abuse signed by the judge. The children need their father home. The mother of the children has lied time and again in court accusing my husband of horrible things, and everything is proving false. We ask for help from the community in helping with funds for his bail from Immigration Hold, my husband has been working in his legal status with US Customs for the past few years, all while battling the lies his ex has put against him. He deserves to finish his court battle against this person and clear his name, and further pursue his residency in our country. Juan has been a member of the carpenters union for over 10 years, gaining many friends that are like family to him.
