My name is Trevor Holloway. I am 30 years old and I have been a quadriplegic since November 2019 as a result of a car accident caused by an irresponsible driver. I am totally dependent on family and a power wheelchair. Before the accident I was always outside fishing, hiking, walking through the woods and so on. My desire is to have a track chair/AT wheelchair so I can enjoy the outdoors again. Being inside all the time causes me to sink into a depth of depression I never knew existed. My normal life was taken away from me way too soon and the new normal is very hard to adapt to. The simple basic everyday activities that I just expected to do are impossible to accomplish now without a 24/7 caregiver. I would love to be able to get back outside and enjoy outdoor activities again and feel somewhat normal. I will never be able to afford one on my own living on a fixed income so I am humbly asking for help to make my dream come true.
