Please help us bring Joan home to her family.  Joan has suffered a stroke in Texas and needs to get back to San Diego to be with her family immediately.  She thrives when shes is around her many kids and grandkids. The medical staff reports that she smiles when they tell her that her kids are arranging to bring her home to San Diego.  Unfortunately, the only way to get her here is with a medical transport.  Please help us raise the funds to bring an amazing mother and grandmother home to her family.  She has spent her life happily sacrificing for everyone around her; truly the most generous and gracious human most of us have ever met.  Please help us bring this amazing mom home.  We need our mom and she needs us.  We profoundly thank you for any help you can give.  This campaign has been organized by Joan Boren's daughters, Bette Cessna (Izzy) and Lynn Cole.  Lynn is the point of contact with the medical transport company (ACC Medlink) and will be the person who receives the funds so that she can pay the medical transport company.
