My name is Jad, and I am the young girl in the photo a million years ago . My brother Jeffrey is the young boy next to me. Today July/28 my phone exploded with overnight texts from family saying Jeffrey passed away. Jeffrey was 60 years old, and in poor health.

Jeffrey hadn't been seen for a few days in Killeen Texas. A welfare check discovered he was deceased.

He passed away penniless, and I am hoping to raise money for his cremation, so I can return his ashes to his children in Puerto Rico.
