Hello! After 20 months of hospitals, and two rehab facilities we are finally able to bring Jase home!! We’ve been waiting for this moment since May 10th 2016 however there are many expenses for this exciting transition. We’re remodeling a bathroom and a few doorways to make them handicap accessible and are searching for a van to transport Jase to and from his therapies and Dr. visits.
