Jairo has been living in the US since he was a baby. He is now 18 years old and on track to graduate from high school, with only 12 credits left. Jairo was named "Student of the Month" in September. He was excited to go to college and learn about new and old worlds for the first time when he was thrown into ICE detention.

Jairo was picked up by ICE a month ago. This is his first time away from his family. He was working hard at school and at a part-time job to help support three younger brothers who are US citizens. Jairo had a difficult childhood and often struggled to eat. He was committed to providing a better life for his little brothers.

Jairo's baby brother was born while Jairo was being detained, and he still hasn't met him.

Thankfully, Jairo was granted bond to come home. Please help us raise the funds for Jairo's bond so that he can come home, be reunited with his family, meet his baby brother, and graduate high school.
