Jacob, was a radiant beam of sunshine for all those he came across and left an imprint on our lives forever. He was a hardworking, wonderful father to 2 young sons who he adored, a loving son and brother and simply a beautiful person who stepped into heaven much to soon due to a motor vehicle accident over the weekend.
As our family grieves the loss over such an instrumental part of our family, we ask for your help. We would like to transport Jacob from Arizona back to California, where he spent the majority of his childhood so that we can have a Celebration of Life for him and coverage of cremation services. In advance, we appreciate any donation that you are able to give, that we may be able to properly lay him to rest, as we start the next chapter of preserving his legacy until we meet again.
