Bring Hubert Payne Home

Hubert Payne is currently hospitalized in Virginia, alone and without daily family support and advocacy.  His children and grandchildren, who are able to provide the support and care he needs, are in Ohio.  He has suffered a stroke and heart attack and needs after care/rehab to fully recover.  His insurance will not cover medical/ambulatory transportation from Virginia to Ohio.  His best chance at recovery is to be close to his children.  They have been travelling back and forth from Ohio to Virginia as much as possible but that is not a long term solution for his full recovery.  His wishes are to come 'home' and we are doing everything in our power to make that happen.  Medical transportation to Ohio via stretcher is approx 2500. Any help is appreciated!
