On October 15th, their world was turned upside down when Terrel got rushed to the emergency room for having a stroke. He was then flown out to DC where his recovery was supposed to begin, but Terrel encountered multiple medical issues that have prolonged his return home to his baby girls.
He has now been in the hospital for 5 weeks, fighting to survive and recover. We are hopeful that he will start physical therapy soon and start to recover, but as of now, he has left side neglect and unable to do basic things we take for granted.
The family has suffered financially. Shannon has spent most of the last month at the hospital, only working intermittently. I know things are tight for everyone, but every little bit helps. Currently, their Christmas won’t be the same this year and we are trying to brighten it . We are hoping that we can get them some funds to catch up on the bills, have a Christmas for the girls and ease the fincial burden so Shannon can focus on Terrell and the girls.
At the moment, we do not know when Terrel will fully recover, but his girls and household are missing him. Please donate anything you can or share. We also would love prayers for the family as well. We appreciate anything you can do.
