Bring Hope and Stability to the Alhadi Family
Donation protected
My name is Sara Wilson and this GoFundMe is for the Alhadi family. They are currently displaced and living in an office in Deir Al-Balah, an area currently under threat. The family was able to stay together until they were forced to separate because the children suffered from malnutrition and their health began to deteriorate. Basma and the three boys went to the south. Abed stayed in the north to look after his elderly father, and they've been apart for five months. Before all of this happened, Abed worked as an engineer at Al-Shifa hospital and Basma helped her brother with his clothing shop. The family wants nothing more than to live in peace and be together again.
Abed Alhadi - worked as an engineer at Al-Shifa hospital (now destroyed).
Basma Basheer - stay-at-home mom.
Kareem, 9 years old, loves drawing and football. He's suffering psychologically from the stress from bombings.
Saleem, 6 years old, loves water games and swimming. He asks his parents daily when everything will stop.
Tameem, 2 years old.
Kareem. Saleem. Tameem (before)
They eat only one meal a day and are sometimes forced to cook tree leaves. Due to limited resources and inflated prices, they're unable to afford fresh fruits or vegetables. They feel lucky if they can afford canned food and bread.
"Pizza" for the entire family
The family is hoping to raise funds for their daily survival. Please consider donating any amount and please share. Thank you!
