My name is Charles Etsinger, the Founder and Pitmaster of Hometown BBQ LLC, and I’m reaching out to you with an exciting opportunity to be part of something special. After years of serving up Texas-style BBQ under a tent and a few tables, then our first food truck, we’re on the verge of realizing our dream: opening our very own restaurant right here in Ewa Beach, Hawaii!

Our journey began with a deep passion for great food and a commitment to supporting local agriculture. We’ve had the pleasure of serving you at Night Markets, where our BBQ has garnered a loyal following and glowing reviews. With a 4.7-star rating on Yelp, we’re proud of the experiences we’ve shared with our customers.

We’re thrilled to take the next big step by establishing a permanent home for Hometown BBQ LLC. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where the community can gather and enjoy delicious, handcrafted meals. To make this dream a reality, we need to raise $20,000 to cover the remaining expenses for our restaurant’s opening, including the buyout costs, working capital, and rent for the first two months.

We’ve already invested $65,000 of our own funds, and our family has generously contributed $30,000 more. However, we need your support to reach our final goal. Your donation will help us cover essential expenses and ensure that our restaurant is ready to open its doors to you.
