Bring George home to Scotland - repatriation fund

After fighting a long and challenging battle with declining health, on the 13th of March 2022, our beloved step-dad George passed away peacefully while listening to his family recount happier times of their adventures together. Though his spirit has returned home, we'd like your help with fulfilling his final wish: bringing him back to Scotland and laying him to rest alongside his parents in their family plot in Douglas.

A strong, caber-tossing Scotsman, George was known for his cheeky smile, twinkling eyes, and love for adventure. Born and raised in Scotland, George migrated to the US in 2003 to be with Linda, his adored wife. A man of infinite patience, kindness, and Scottish humor, George will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Donations will be used towards repatriation. If we exceed our goal, any additional donations will assist us with the remaining medical costs.
