Help Bring My Cat Home: Fundraiser for Search Dog Expenses

Hi, my name is Dee and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart. Just over weeks ago, my beloved cat Frodo went missing. He’s not an outdoor cat and he fell off my balcony. Despite my best efforts to search every corner of the neighborhood, I haven’t been able to locate him. As any pet owner knows, our animals are part of the family, and it’s been devastating to not know where he is or if he’s safe. My son has been asking every day since he’s been lost if I’ve found him yet.

In an effort to bring him home, I made the difficult decision to hire a professional search dog. These highly trained dogs specialize in tracking lost pets, and after exhausting all other options, this seemed like my best hope. The cost of hiring the search dog was $575 and while I’ve been able to pay for the service, I’m now turning to the kindness of friends, family, and the community to help me cover this cost. I’m a single mom, and it’s right before Christmas. I desperately want to get him home before it’s too late.

I’m asking for your support in raising $575 to reimburse myself for the expenses of the search dog. I understand times are tough for everyone, but any donation—big or small—would mean the world to me. It’s my greatest hope that with this search, I can bring Frodo back home where he belongs.
