Hi, I’m Julissa, and I am starting this fund for my brother, Felipe Londoño Rojas.

Felipe is currently being held at an immigration processing facility in Texas. He has never been in trouble with the law and has always conducted himself with the utmost responsibility. He was simply caught in a paperwork delay while his legal documents were being processed, and now he is being detained while the system reviews his case.

The Situation:

Felipe is a truck driver. When he got detained, his truck was towed and is currently stuck in an impound lot in South Texas. Because he is being held, he cannot get to his truck, and the storage fees are growing every single day.

We are doing everything we can to get him out, but we also need to get his truck moved from Texas to North Carolina so it is safe. We are not looking for a handout, but we are facing a situation that is impossible to handle alone while he is locked up.

How your help will be used:

• Felipe’s Bond: To get him out of the facility and back to his family.

• Moving the Truck: To pay the impound fees in Texas and the cost of hiring a transport to bring his truck home to North Carolina.

• Legal Help: To hire a lawyer who can go into the facility and get the paperwork signed to release the truck.
