Hi, myself Melissa and my aunt Kim are sending out this request due to my dear Uncle Chuck, her brother in law, is suffering from liver disease in which is deteriorating as the days pass. His son and grandsons reside in California and as we are aware flying is costly, so I am hoping to gain some assistance in helping get them here before it’s too late.

The doctors have advised that a transplant is needed however stated he is not stable enough in their eyes to withstand, let alone wait for that to occur. So we are looking towards getting his family close to him in the event this is the last time they may see him.

It is not easy to ask for this, but I’m hoping we can come together to make this happen for him.
