Eulogio is a devoted father, family man, and hardworking member of our community who has lived in the United States for 16 years. On January 27, while on his way to work, Eulogio was unexpectedly detained by ICE along with two coworkers after stopping for coffee in South Philadelphia. He is currently being held at Monshannon Processing Center in Pennsylvania, separated from his partner and their two-year-old son. This sudden detention has left his family without a source of income, creating immense hardship and uncertainty for those who depend on him most.

Eulogio has no criminal record and has always worked hard to provide for his loved ones. The current immigration system has placed him and his family in a distressing and dangerous situation, causing significant emotional and financial strain.
