I wanted to share information regarding a deeply difficult situation affecting a dear friend and colleague, Dr. Elmarsafi, whose son Nurideen “Nuri” has now been missing for 2 weeks today with very few leads. The case has continued to escalate to additional agencies, and we remain hopeful that increased involvement and awareness may help lead to his safe return home. As many know, time is incredibly critical in situations such as these.

This has been an overwhelming and heartbreaking experience for Dr. Elmarsafi and his family. Despite these unimaginable circumstances, he has continued coming into the office each day while balancing meetings with agencies, investigators, court proceedings, and caring for his family and two younger sons at home.

During this difficult time, we are asking everyone to consider helping in any way possible by:

* Sharing the missing person information on social media and within the community to help spread awareness

* Offering prayers, support, or helpful connections to organizations or investigators
