Hello Friends and Family of our beloved friend Lars Kolahuswho we lost over 3 months ago. My name is Thor Johnson a longtime friend of Lars. Unfortunately Lars passed with very little funds to pay for just the basic Final Expenses. He is still waiting at the LA County morgue for the cremation process which can take months to complete as they are backlogged with so many others who have passed away. This situation is very frustrating and very undignified for Lars. His sister Lisa Kolshus who lives in Norway has asked me to make this GoFundMe page so we can have Lars moved to a funeral home and expedite this process but costs quite a bit more. Lars who suffered a terrible flesh eating infection which he lost his life from, was unable to work for almost a year causing serious financial strain. I'm trying to deal with his final affairs from my home in Ohio. So if any of you can please help with any amount to reach our goal and finally have some closure to our dear friend Lars and then be able to have his Celebration of Life event hopefully by this summer.
