Bring Diane Home to Lincoln

As most of you know, my mom, Diane, has been going through a cancer battle since 2020. In 2023, we learned that her cancer will never go away and she will be on treatments for the rest of her life.

My mom has dedicated her life to helping others. From teacher on the Hopi reservation in Arizona to helping teach at risk teenagers to helping parents get custody back of their children. She has let numerous friends it my brother and I’s crash until they got back on their feet. She is the first person to help. We are so blessed to have such an incredible role model!

Today (1/2/25), we went in for chemo in Kearney only to be told her cancer markers are continuing to rise. This means her cancer isn't reacting to the treatment anymore. While we still have a lot of unknowns, one thing we do know is that mom needs to live out the rest of her life. The last couple of years, she's been stuck in the house as we don't have any family or barely any friends in the area.

She wants to move back to the Lincoln, NE area to be closer to what family she has left to make the rest of her time here worth it for her!

She's living off social security with no room to spare for moving expenses. I financially can't move two households, so we're asking for help to get mom moved! We appreciate anything and everything that can make this easier on her!
