Bring Diana and Selene to Australia
Donation protected
It's been a long and stressful journey so far in attempting to bring my dear cat babies to join me in Australia, and while I've been so far trying to do everything on my own to try to cut down on costs, it's becoming even more clear that I need the help of professionals.
Unfortunately, the cost of bringing pets to Australia is prohibitively expensive, and while I've really been wanting to avoid asking for help, I'm still not yet in a position where I can bring them over without help from others. My cats really mean the world to me, they're definitely emotional support animals, and bringing them to join me will be reuniting with my family.
The cost of the pet transport company (which will cover the flight, final preparation, transport case, etc.) is $6,000 USD. Once the cats arrive in Melbourne, they will be in quarantine for 30 days (I was desperately hoping to shorten that to 10 days but it looks like that wont be possible). The total costs of the import charges, lodging for the quarantine, and additional fees comes to $4,450 USD ($6,934 AUD).
It is honestly painful for me to ask for help, as I know so many of my friends and family have struggles of their own, but this is something that has a huge impact on my life, and is a mountain I'm not currently able to climb alone. There's never any obligation to help of course, but any contribution is so so appreciated.
