Im raising this GoFundMe for my son‘s father who has been detained by ice for six months now. We have been through so much court hearings, appointments, appeals and many more things to get where we are now. We now have to do a legal procedure that is called “habeas corpus” which cost alot of money. Between medical clearance, lawyer fees, commissary,phone calls etc we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars and have been left in a bad spot and are in need of help. David has been in the US since he was only 7 years old , he attended elementary, middle and high school in the US and only knows the US as his home. Since the age of 17 hes been working and does no harm to anyone! David has two US children that NEED him & WE NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE. Any amount helps and is greatly appreciated. Also I would like to add that David has a i-360 (special immigrant) approved!! He isn’t here illegally he just hasnt been able to complete his process. We have been through adjustment of status and many other steps and now have to do this to bring him home

Entre la autorización médica, los honorarios del abogado, la tienda de la prisión, las llamadas telefónicas, etc., hemos gastado miles de dólares y nos encontramos en una situación muy difícil; necesitamos ayuda.
