Help Bring My Aunt And Uncles Children Back Home

Hello, My name is Angelica, and I'm reaching out with a heartfelt plea for support on behalf of my uncle and aunt. In August of 2023, their lives were turned upside down when their seven children were taken from them by Child Protective Services (CPS) with allegations of abuse and neglect. The case was eventually dismissed and the allegations dropped, the pain and disruption caused have been immense.

The children were separated from their parents, friends, and church community, which has been traumatic for everyone involved. A blessing in disguise has been that they are staying with family.

In July 2024, after a prolonged period of separation, my uncle and aunt began fulfilling court-mandated services to reunite with their children. Yet, despite the progress, the impact of the separation has been severe.

Recently, the situation took another heartbreaking turn. Their eighth baby was born, and CPS had assured my uncle and aunt that the baby was safe and that their home met all the necessary standards. My grandmother, who lives with them, has been a vital support in caring for the baby.

However, despite these assurances, when my uncle and aunt brought the baby for a visit with the other children, CPS informed them that the baby would be removed from their custody. This sudden and unexpected decision has left them devastated and feeling deceived.

Now, my uncle and aunt are fighting this case on their own and desperately need legal assistance. And they need help covering the legal fees to reunite their baby with them and bring their other children home.

Their faith in the Lord and their love for their children remain unwavering, but they need your support to navigate this challenging situation.
