Bring daddy’s ashes home

After a relationship of 18 years and 3 kids of 14,11 and 7 years old the love of my life unexpectedly died after being the hospital
for 5 weeks.

I met Rheneir in 2001 and we have been together ever since.

Rheneir was a diabetic from an early age and after kidneyfailure he was on dialysis from
2007-2014. On April 19, 2014 he had a kidneytransplant which made his life a lot better.

Unfortunately After the 11th birthday of our daughter on June 23 Rheneir felt very ill and we went to the hospital. After 5 weeks in the hospital Rheneir died on July 29 due to a lot complications and kidney and liverfailure.

Rheneir is originally from Guiuan, Eastern-Samar in the Philippines and it is the wish of me and my kids to bring Rheneir’s ashes home to the Philippines to add to the family grave.

We therefore like to ask for an amount for kids for me and my 3 kids to the Philippines so we can bring him home.
