Help Bring Highflier Coffee to Life — Our First Shop Is Taking Flight!

After six short months rolling our new three-wheeled coffee cart to the local farmer’s market, word started to spread. People came for the coffee, stayed for the vibe, and started asking the same question: “When are you opening a brick-and-mortar shop?” Our answer was always the same: “When the time is right, and when we find the right place.”

Now, two years later, the time is right and we’ve found the place!

We found a new home for Highflier Coffee just outside Travis Air Force Base in a little drive-thru building with a walk-up window and back patio. Even more special? It faces David Grant Hospital—the very hospital I was born in. Whether it’s destiny or a full-circle moment, we believe this location is meant to be.

Highflier Coffee has always been about more than just great coffee. It’s about building something meaningful for our community—especially the military families and first responders who inspire us every day. Our first employee ever hired Autumn who will be our closing manager is a proud C17 Loadmaster in the Airforce and works at Travis AFB.

In 2023, we launched Highflier Coffee with a big heart and four main goals:

1. Craft an incredible menu of roasted coffee and signature beverages;

2. Create well-paying jobs people are proud to have;

3. Cultivate a coffee culture that fuels creativity and uplifts dreamers; and

4. Be a business that genuinely invests in its employees and the local community.
