I am reaching out to friends and family to rally immediate support for my coworker. Karla was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Her primary need is that her daughter be able to join her for her surgery and recovery here in Ohio. Jessie lives in Oklahoma and does not have a vehicle to make the drive. Jessie hopes to be able to stay with her mom for the surgery, immediate recovery, and the beginning of Karla's treatment. I know Karla will be greatly comforted by the support of others and Jessie's presence. Additional funds will be used to alleviate the burden of missed pay from time off work for both Karla and Jessie. If you can, please help me to help her.
