Help Me Bring My Daughter & Grandchildren Home Before They’re Homeless Again

My name is Cindy, and I am a mother and grandmother desperately asking for help.

My daughter and her two young children are currently in California with no family support. After surviving cancer, domestic violence, and homelessness, they are now facing another crisis — in January, they will be forced to leave their sober living home with nowhere else to go.

Without help, my daughter and grandchildren will be homeless again.

At just 29 years old, my daughter was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer. She endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy that caused permanent nerve damage to both feet, and she underwent a double mastectomy — all while being a devoted mother to her children.

After surviving cancer, she became the victim of domestic violence, lost her home, and for nearly two years she and her children were forced to sleep in their car and wherever they could find safety. No family was nearby to help them.

Despite everything, my daughter chose to fight for a better life. She entered a sober living program, worked hard to heal emotionally and physically, and has remained focused on protecting her children and rebuilding her future.

But time is running out.

When she leaves the sober living home in January, she and the kids have nowhere to go unless I can bring them to Tennessee, where I — and our family — are ready to support them, help them heal, and give the children the stability they’ve never had.

Travel and relocation from California to Tennessee

Safe housing so they are not homeless again

Basic necessities to help them restart their lives with dignity
