Support Choice Authentic, Evanston’s New Haitian & Creole Dining Experience!

We’re almost there! Local restaurateurs Gabi and Byron are ready to bring Choice Authentic to life at the vibrant corner of Dempster and Dodge.

Choice Authentic will be more than a restaurant. It will be a community hub, with a menu featuring the rich flavors of New Orleans Creole and Haitian cuisine, a welcoming space where people can gather, celebrate, and connect.

We’ll showcase local art, host community events, and provide a third space for all ages. Just a few blocks from ETHS, Choice Authentic will offer teen-priced menus and a safe, exciting space for students, complete with open mic nights and other engaging activities.
