We are in the "last mile" of our journey to micro business ownership. We have been small-batch smoking Texas-inspired barbecue and sides for more than three years, perfecting our original recipes and building a loyal fan base. With equal parts passion and pragmatism, we are working towards self-sufficiency with some much-appreciated help from friends and family. Centennial Pork now officially owns a food trailer and we are so close to sliding that take-out window open for the first time.
We can't count the number of times a friend has said something like, "If I can help you get this thing going, let me know. I'm serious." The licensing, registration and certifications, plus all the odds and ends are the last hurdles, so we're going to take "yes" for an answer.
