The headline above the message I'm typing stated to describe why we are raising money. The short answer is Britney Brouillette and her family are embarking on another hard fought battle with cancer. Unfortunately, there is nothing short about that process, but her bravery and positive attitude has inspired and touched everyone . In her recent Facebook post she shares her new diagnosis of bone and lung cancer. I have seen a remarkable outpour of support to Britney and her family since her battle after having son Ace, and now with her recent status. You can also sense the continued want to help through not only prayer but whatever else this family may need. Some friends of hers have been discussing how healing comes in all forms and we have the idea that with the lows this family has been dealt to create some ultimate highs. Why not see if we can raise enough money to send them to Disney World! Let's take on the task of helping fund a trip they could plan as a family to break away and enjoy fun times, wonderful memories, and most importantly each other in the midst of beating this.
