Bring Blake Home for Rehab

Hi, this is Blake. She is 39 years old. She's had a kidney pancreas transplant that has failed waiting for a new one and recently an amputation to my left leg that didn’t have to happen that it was negligence on the doctors part so now her entire life has been turned upside down and doing for herelf is not the easiest. I’m asking for help of donations because she would like to be at the inpatient rehab to get better closer to home near family instead of so far away in Tampa any little bit helps and thank you for being a part of this journey with me
