Hey, My name is Bec and I am the producer of an upcoming student short film at JMC Academy. Along with me and behind the vision are the Co-Directors, Max and Ellen. 'Behind the White Picket Fence' is a not-so-ordinary Christmas film with a gut wrenching plot twist. Using the newly famous one-shot technique shown in Netflix's 'Adolescence", we need help bringing this challenge to life and making history at JMC as their first One-Shot short film.

Rupert, A broken husband sits dissociated at a family dinner, as the laughter of the Christmas season is bellowing across the table, he finally snaps. He is quick to dismiss the children, beckoning them to leave the table before he explains his outburst. After Claire, the mother, refuses the children's dismissal, the husband exclaims his knowledge of the affair his wife has been having. Shocked and disgruntled, the wife scrambles to defend herself, diminishing his reputation and raises questions as to his loyalty and honesty. Through coercive language and the forceful tongue of Claire, Rupert is left with seemingly no choice but to explain the sickening twist to their three children.
