Tau Kappa Epsilon creates lifelong relationships that enhance educational, interpersonal, community and professional success. A Teke is a man who is trustworthy and lives the values enunciated in our Declaration of Principles, helping each member integrate LOVE, CHARITY, and ESTEEM into his daily life.
Beta Delta chapter has always been a strong philanthropic organization that has raised money, and worked closely, with the regional Special Olympics. Nationally, Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity has raised over $5,000,000 for St. Jude's Children's Hospital since 2009.
In 2016, the TKE chapter at U. of Maryland lost its charter and house on fraternity row. After a 4 year absence, our strong alumni association has come together to reorganize TKE at College Park. In order to do so, we need to pay back reparations to the University totaling $14,000 plus seek additional funds to rebuild and thrive.
Our goal is to not only bring TKE back to the University of Maryland, but to make it the strongest fraternity on campus and re-establish its legacy of graduating fine, upstanding young men that are prepared for real world success.
Please consider donating to help reorganize our chapter so that more young men can reap the benefits of a TKE college experience.
Jon Levine will be withdrawing all funds into a personal account and will use them pay the University of Maryland with a personal check by 12/31/2020.
