A few months ago, and more than I care to admit, I noticed my eyesight was waning, particularly in my left eye. At first, I thought I was being overdramatic and told no one, not even my husband. It worsened steadily until I was certain I was going blind. I went to get them checked and was told I had the combo of glaucoma and cataracts. My eye doc prescribed a twofold treatment; medication and surgery would restore my waning vision and my sight would return to normal. While insurance would cover some basic costs, I’ll need $7500 to cover the rest. Surgery is scheduled for the last week in July and I’ll have to raise those funds BEFORE that date. Any help anyone could donate will be appreciated beyond measure. Thank you for your consideration and kindnesses.
