My name is Shoresh (George) Yarmoradi, and I am 35 years old. Before my life changed completely, I was a General operative at Irish Rail, a dedicated father to two children 6, 7, family man, supportive friend and someone who loved staying active whether through sports like soccer, wilding or watching documentaries.
In June 2024, I was involved in a devastating accident that left 60% of my body severely burned. I spent five months in St. James Hospital, unconscious and undergoing multiple surgeries. When I finally awoke, I was given the heartbreaking news that my optic nerve had been damaged, and I might never see again.
It has been eight months since I was discharged from the hospital, but my vision has not returned. Even the simplest daily tasks now require assistance. The hardest part of this journey is not being able to see my children’s faces or provide for my family as I once did. The emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming.
I am reaching out to ask for your support during this incredibly challenging time. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to me and my family as we navigate this difficult chapter. Your kindness would help us cover medical expenses, daily necessities, and the ongoing care I require.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my story. Your generosity and compassion would bring us hope and relief when we need it most. With deepest gratitude,
