Hello Family, Friends, and Community!! I have started a GoFundMe for little Danna, a 15-month-old girl who has a rare heart and lung condition that requires her to need mechanical ventilation. I am her home care nurse. Recently, her father, the breadwinner of the family, was detained by ICE. Despite his political asylum status, they locked him up in Dodge County, where he is facing deportation to Venezuela. His life is at risk because, as a lawyer, he stood up for his people and protested against Nicholas Maduro’s dictatorship.

Now, baby Danna and her mother are left alone to try and make ends meet while also trying to find money for a lawyer. His first court appearance is Monday, 5/11, and they desperately need our help to retain a lawyer before his court appearance. The initial lawyer fee is $5,000.

I would like to raise as much money as possible to help this family because I know she will need other funds to live until she can start working as well.

Ideally, we can reach the initial $5,000 if at least 200 of us can donate $25.00. However, any donations are welcome and are very much appreciated.
