Nuestra querida amiga Arahi Companioni está pasando por uno de los momentos más difíciles de su vida. Es una madre dedicada, una amiga bondadosa y una de las personas más trabajadoras que conocemos. Hoy se encuentra detenida por inmigración, dejando a sus dos hijos —uno de ellos aún menor de edad— con el corazón roto y llenos de incertidumbre.

Desde que perdió a su esposo hace unos años, Arahi ha cargado sola con la responsabilidad de sacar adelante a su familia. Trabaja en dos empleos para poder mantener a sus hijos, sin quejarse, sin rendirse. A pesar de su dolor y de las dificultades económicas, siempre ha sido una mujer fuerte, amorosa y llena de fe.

Ahora, sus hijos están sin su madre, y su comunidad se une para ayudar a que vuelva a casa, donde pertenece. Arahi nunca ha pedido ayuda, pero esta vez, nos necesita más que nunca.

Our dear friend Arahi Companioni is facing one of the hardest moments of her life. A devoted mother, a kind friend, and one of the hardest-working people we know, she has been detained by immigration, leaving her two children—one still a minor—heartbroken and afraid.

Ever since losing her husband a few years ago, Arahi has carried the full weight of her family’s future on her shoulders. She’s worked two jobs to provide for her kids, never complaining, never giving up. Despite her own grief and constant struggle to make ends meet, she has remained strong, loving, and full of faith.

Now, her children are without their mother, and her community is rallying together to bring her home where she belongs. Arahi has never asked for help before, but this time—she needs us.
